NanoPhos: Renewable Energy Challenge
August 8, 2024An unusual but interesting challenge to solve in the field of hashtag renewable energies!
NanoPhos was among the selected pilot cases in the first cut-off of our open call. They aim to develop innovative nanostructured coating formulations for construction, shipping, and energy applications.
Convert2Green, represented by the National Technical University of Athens will collaborate with them to test and evaluate the effects of the newly developed innovative self-cleaning thin film of sprayed titania (TiO2), which enhances the absorption of diffused sunlight and prevents the accumulation of dirt.
The goal is to evaluate the power generation performance and the potential to minimize maintenance costs.
